If you wish to cancel an order then please contact us ASAP stating your order number. In the event of a cancellation we will do all in our power to cancel your order. However if your order has already been dispatched then cancelling your order is simply not possible. In the event that the order has already been dispatched the customer will be required to return the goods for a full refund.
