Out of stock Items

If an item ordered by a customer is out of stock we will contact the customer as soon as possible giving a list of options. These options most often include replacing the item, refunding just for that item or refunding for the entire order.

Our system automatically makes out of stock items impossible to order. However on rare occasions our stock database may be inaccurate due to supplier problems etc.

Item Dispatch Times

Here at Dog-Toy.co.uk we pride ourselves on our fast dispatch and delivery times. All orders will be dispatched within 24 working hours. The following conditions apply to our 24 hour dispatch time.

A full 24 working hours must proceed the time of order. For example if an order is placed at 2pm on Friday it will be dispatched before 2pm Monday. If an order was placed at 2pm Monday then it will be dispatched before 2pm on Tuesday.

If an ordered item is out of stock then it may not be possible to dispatched the order within 24 hours. If an item is out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible with options such as replacing the item with a similar one or refunding the cost of the item.

If you order does not meet these terms we will still try and dispatch your order as fast as possible.

Returns Policy

At Dog-Toy.co.uk customer satisfaction is one of our main priorities. We are happy to accept returns on any items as long as they confirm to the following terms and conditions.

Items must be returned within 30 days of the order being received.

The product(s) remains unused and in the same condition it was received in.

The product(s) has not been removed from the manufacturers packaging.

You have informed us that the products are being returned.

If you would like to return any goods to us please contact us before doing so.

Damaged/Defective Goods

All items are quality inspected before being dispatched by Dog-Toy.co.uk however if any items arrive damaged or defective we will issue a full or partial refunding depending on the situation.

Canceling an Order

If you wish to cancel an order then please contact us ASAP stating your order number. In the event of a cancellation we will do all in our power to cancel your order. However if your order has already been dispatched then cancelling your order is simply not possible. In the event that the order has already been dispatched the customer will be required to return the goods for a full refund.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behavior of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
